The Apator Powogaz APT-MBUS-NA-1 M-Bus module connects compatible JS and JS90 Smart+ and Smart C+ water meters to a wired reading system. Benefits of installing the module
- M-Bus communication. Readings are available to compatible collection equipment using the PN-EN 13757-3 standard.
- Optical reading with flow direction detection. The module tracks the meter indicator and accounts for water moving in the reverse direction.

- Event monitoring. The module records reverse flow, magnetic field exposure, removal, leakage, no flow and low battery voltage.
- Backup power. A lithium battery maintains internal counting when power from the M-Bus line is unavailable.

Package contents and warranty
Module with connection cable and product passport. The water meter and data collection equipment are not included in the listed package. The supplied passport specifies a supplier warranty of 12 months from sale, limited to 18 months from manufacture, subject to installation and operating conditions.
IP65 provides protection against dust and water jets. Prolonged immersion or a flood-prone chamber requires a different suitable version. The module operating temperature range is separate from the water temperature rating of the compatible meter.
